The romance language of Spanish is the 4th most spoken language in the world with over 500 million speakers in 21 countries. Learning Spanish provides you with many great travel opportunities across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe. Visit Mexico's beautiful beaches, walk the pilgrimage route of the famous Camino de Santiago, or hike the rain forest to beautiful waterfalls in Puerto Rico. Until 1973, Spanish was an official language in the Philippines and it is still widely spoken there.
